Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Scory. This page explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription.

1. Overview

All payments for Scory subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refund processing on our behalf.

2. Subscription Refunds

Due to the immediate availability of premium features and AI compute resources upon subscription activation, payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a full refund if: • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not made significant use of premium features. • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge or technical billing issue). • A significant technical failure prevented you from accessing the Service for the majority of your billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at pyhe.pierce@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment date with: • Your registered email address • The date of your payment • A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

5. Class Pack (Teacher Subscription)

Refund requests for the Class Pack teacher subscription follow the same policy as individual subscriptions. If you cancel a Class Pack, all student seats will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
